Is the use case actually a good fit — or are you solving the wrong problem? We evaluate your readiness across four dimensions and give you a clear, actionable report.

Data Readiness Assessment
Do you have the right data? Can you access it? Is it structured in a way that AI can use? We evaluate your data landscape and identify gaps.
Infrastructure Readiness
Can your current cloud environment support AI workloads? We assess compute, storage, networking, and security against AI requirements.
Use Case Evaluation
Not every business problem benefits from AI. We evaluate your top 2–3 candidate use cases for feasibility, expected impact, and implementation complexity. Honest assessment — if the answer is “this doesn’t need AI,” we’ll say so.
Team & Process Readiness
Who runs the AI system after it’s built? We assess your team’s capability to operate and iterate on AI features post-deployment, and recommend what support model makes sense.
Our Approach
We treat this as a bounded sprint — not an open-ended discovery phase. One to two weeks. We talk to your technical team, review your data and infrastructure, evaluate your candidate use cases, and produce a written report. The report tells you what’s ready, what’s not, and what to do first. If AI isn’t the right move right now, we’ll tell you that too — and recommend what to fix first (often infrastructure).

- Architecture recommendation — if a build is warranted, the high-level technical approach
