A checklist we actually use during client assessments. It covers data readiness (do you have the right data, and can you get to it?), infrastructure readiness (can your systems handle AI workloads?), use case clarity (is this a real problem or a solution looking for one?), and team readiness (who runs this thing after it's built?). Straight to the point, no fluff.
The AWS Infrastructure Checklist for AI Readiness
One page. Everything your AWS environment needs before you start an AI project: VPC and subnet design for AI workloads, IAM policies for model access, S3 setup for training data, CloudWatch baselines you should already have, CI/CD requirements, and security basics (KMS, Secrets Manager, CloudTrail). Good to share with your CTO before kicking off an engagement.
